Exchanges and Returns

It is possible to request the return of a product or multiple products no later than 7 days from receipt of the package. Via Whatsapp service at number 3332649941, instructions for completing the return will be sent to you via chat.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, therefore they must not be:

• Damaged/stained
• Without labels (if present)
• Weathered/washed

Refunds are initiated within 7 business days. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order. Products on sale cannot be returned. No changes are made.

NB The costs of shipping the items to be returned are borne by the buyer. If the return times are not respected, the goods will remain available to the customer at our office and can be returned at the customer's expense.
